We measure existing buildings, sites and structures using 3D laser scanning, then produce accurate models and plans. These give architects, engineers, project managers and fit-out teams the dimensions and existing-conditions information they need to design from.

We started ProSurvey because we saw a gap between how buildings were measured and how they were designed. Most design teams were working in BIM, but survey information was still being delivered as 2D plans. Our goal was to close that gap with BIM surveys: accurate 3D models they could use directly in their design software, with plans, elevations and sections produced from the same model.

Our modelling techniques and in-house tools help us turn detailed site measurements into consistent, high-quality results, even in complex buildings and interiors.
