Who we are
Pro Surveying Services Pty Ltd ("ProSurvey", "we") runs prosurvey.com.au. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
Your name, company, email, phone number and project details when you fill in the quote form, plus any files you upload (drawings, photos, briefs). We use Google Analytics cookies to see how visitors use the site, such as pages visited; this data doesn't identify you personally.
How we use it
To reply to you, prepare quotes, deliver surveys and manage our relationship with you. We don't sell your information or use it for anyone else's marketing.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we use to run the business, and only as needed: our website host (Netlify), which receives form submissions, Google Analytics, and our email, project management and accounting software. Some of these providers store data outside Australia.
Project images
We only show client projects on this website with permission. Images are chosen so they don't reveal sensitive details.
Access and correction
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you by emailing info@prosurvey.com.au.
